And the first crops are coming in from the field.
40acres, recently has been accepted into the Circle Alliance, a global network building the next generation of financial rails — a major validation of our credibility as we pioneer revenue-based financing onchain.
We didn’t stop here. We’ve partnered with Open Cover to provide insurance for our users, with coverage of up to $600K on your positions.
At the same time, voting has gotten easier — you can now see rewards and APRs directly on the voting page, no more switching back and forth.
Almost Ready, Almost Ripe
Our Marketplace is nearly here. Soon you’ll be able to buy and sell positions even if you have an active loan. To help you see every opportunity, we’re aggregating listings from marketplaces across both Base and OP. And while it won’t launch in v1, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs) are coming soon — a powerful tool that lets you use the credit line of a newly purchased veNFT to support its sale.
Additionally, we are getting closer and closer to launching v1 of our vote optimization product. The first iteration will provide any user with the best pools to vote on at the time of voting. Additionally, you will be able to see the forecasted impact of your votes prior to voting. And soon we will have a nice surprise for our relayer users, stay tuned 👀

Nice work guys. Its great being able to deposit and withdraw into lending vaults super smoothly, with earnings auto compounding, live balance update and total earnings. The only request I have is a summary page to see total balance across all chains and current interest rates of each without having to keep switching.
hydrex is also a project with great potential. I look forward to your development of mortgage vehydx lending products.
